BIS-711 Statement by Ultimate Consignee and Purchaser

Thank you for the opportunity for Rotorcorp to meet your Robinson Helicopter Parts needs!

In response to the current U.S. and International sanctions regime in place against the Russian Federation, Belarus, and Russian-Occupied territories of Ukraine; Rotorcorp is required to perform additional purchaser and end-user due diligence.  Accordingly, all new and some existing Rotorcorp customers will be required to complete and return the attached form BIS-711 Document published by the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).  These extra measures will be in place until the underlying sanctions have been removed and normalized relations have been restored.

This form provides information on the foreign importer receiving the exported goods and how the goods will be utilized.

The BIS-711 form provides assurances from the importer that the goods will not be misused, transferred or reexported in violation of U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The EAR regulates export and export restrictions: whether a person may export something from the U.S.; re-export something from a foreign country; or transfer something from one person to another in a foreign country

This requirement is in furtherance of Rotorcorp’s current Russia Sanctions Policy and our more general Terms and Conditions of Sale which mandate “Buyers comply with all applicable import, export, laws, sanctions and statutes”.

Please print and complete the BIS-711 and return a scanned copy to orders@rotorcorp.com to facilitate and expedite your company records and orders. Thank you for your cooperation!
