Return Policies
Contact us for an RMA Number before returning any product.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Merchandise, you may be return it for credit or refund within 30 days from the date of receipt IF item is in resalable condition-packed in original manufacturer’s box, complete with instructions and all components (if applicable). Items must me NEW, UNOPENED, and show no signs of attempted installation. Please return any packing slips, 8130 documents or MSDS paperwork with your return. Any return for an order outside of the 30 day window, may be subject to house account credit only. Please email orders@rotorcorp.com first for return authorization and instructions.
