A native of South Florida, Tracy has lived in California and Oregon before settling in Atlanta. Drawing from her diverse background in retail operations, IT, and social media consulting, Tracy leverages her unique perspective as an “aviation outsider” to develop innovative practices at Rotorcorp Operations. Over her decade-long tenure, Tracy has embraced numerous roles within the growing company, rising to the demands, challenges and opportunities at each stage. Among her notable accomplishments are spearheading the launch of the e-commerce platform and seamlessly integrating the inventory management system all while managing the demands of increasing sales volume. Because of her skills and experience, Tracy has become an indispensable leader in the operations team and company-wide. In her free time, she served as a Girl Scout troop leader and also volunteers with an organization that encourages the voting effort in Georgia. From driving a campervan around Scotland to riding the bullet train across Japan, Tracy’s greatest passion is traveling the world with her college age daughter and learning about world cultures.

Hailing from Jamaica Queens, New York, Mechell is the proud middle daughter of two esteemed Army veterans and cherishes her role as a mother to two young boys. Mechell’s professional journey commenced at the age of 16, serving surrounding small businesses in Atlanta with her accounting expertise. Mechell joined the Rotorcorp team in 2017 in a bookkeeping and accounting capacity, earning the title “Evil Queen of Numbers’ due to her ability to handily manage the company’s expanding financial footprint. Mechell led the implementation of the Rotorcorp ERP system which has served as the backbone of the company’s scalability. Elevated to the role of CFO in 2022, she is a key strategic partner and leader on the executive team- overseeing all financial, accounting, tax and human resource functions for Rotorcorp. In 2023, Mechell was selected to participate in the highly competitive “Strategic CFO ” program at Harvard Business school where she was immersed in the principles and demands of the modern Financial Officer. When not crunching the numbers, Mechell is an avid traveler who thrives on visiting culturally diverse countries.
Mike was initially engaged by Rotorcorp as an external strategic growth consultant in 2018 and officially joined the company in 2023 as a logical next step growing out of the successful five-year consulting relationship. An Aerospace Engineer by training, Mike served in that capacity for the U.S. Navy and is a former USAF officer and pilot of both fixed wing and helicopters- including Robinson. For 12 years Mike served as a sales executive for aerospace giants, McDonnell Douglas, Boeing, and Lockheed. With a sales record that exceeds $10 billion, Mike has worked in over 20 countries and has scored jet fighter sales wins in Poland, Oman, Japan and Israel. Mike’s passion lies in improving the growth trajectory of small privately-held businesses and reducing the failure rate of startups. To this end, Mike is a long-time mentor- advisor to Atlanta Tech Village, the nation’s 4th largest startup incubator. He is a prolific speaker, writer and guest lecturer at both Georgia Tech and University of Georgia where he was recognized in 2010 as a distinguished recipient of the Metro Atlanta Global Impact Award. Mike takes great pride in positively shaping Rotorcorp’s continued growth, while also serving Robinson operators worldwide.
A native of Rochester, New York, Sean is the proud father of four children and currently calls Atlanta, Georgia home. After co-founding Rotorcorp in 2011 alongside his brother Daniel Casey, Sean assumed the leadership role as the company’s sole owner and CEO in 2018. A military veteran, Sean served as an M1 Abrams armored crewman and satellite communications specialist in the U.S. Army. A hands-on operational leader, Sean embodies the leadership principles honed during his military service– taking an active role in defining the future state of the business, ensuring the correct people, tools, and resources are in place to achieve the strategic objectives. With a passion for export and international trade, Sean received his Certified Global Business Person (CGBP) designation in 2016 and has been appointed by President Biden to serve a second term as a member of the Industry Trade Advisory Committee (ITAC) for Aerospace Equipment at the U.S Commerce Department in Washington D.C., is an active member of the District Export Council (DEC) through the U.S. Commercial Service, and serves on the Small Business Initiatives Committee of Vertical Aviation International (VAI).
