Rotorcorp is pleased to announce the addition of Matthew Pajares as the newest member of our sales team! Matthew will serve as Rotorcorp’s dedicated Spanish Language Customer Service Representative and report to the Director of Operations. In this position, Matthew will be responsible for processing online orders, conducting initial customer calls and specifically working with Rotorcorp’s spanish-speaking customers around the world.
As a 2021 University of the Cumberlands graduate, Matthew earned dual Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration and Sports Management. Matthew developed his language skills from growing up in a spanish-speaking household combined with the business communication knowledge gained in college, and hopes to make a positive impact in the aerospace industry.
On joining the Rotorcorp team earlier this month, Matthew is most excited about relationship building with all the current and new clients to come to Rotorcorp. Rotorcorp has proven time and time again their customer service is unparalleled, Matthew plans to make sure the service he provides the company’s spanish speaking customers is no different.
Matthew’s hobbies include having a small business on the side that provides all sneaker lovers with the latest and most exclusive sneakers on the market. Matthew also spends the rest of his free time watching his favorite sports teams like the Atlanta Hawks, Falcons, Braves and Georgia Bulldogs.

Matthew será nuestro Representante de Servicio al Cliente en español y se reportará al Director de Operaciones. Matthew será responsable de procesar pedidos en línea y efectuar llamadas iniciales con nuestros clientes. Específicamente trabajando con la clientela de habla español de Rotorcorp alrededor del mundo.
Graduado de la Universidad de Cumberlands en 2021, Matthew ha sido otorgado con dos títulos profesionales, Bachiller en Ciencias de Administración de Empresas y Negocios y Bachiller en Ciencias de Manejo y Dirección Deportiva. Matthew ha desarrollado su habilidad y conocimiento del lenguaje español al crecer en un hogar de habla hispana, combinada con el conocimiento de comunicación de negocios obtenido en la universidad. El espera marcar un impacto positivo en la industria aeroespacial.
Habiendo ingresado al grupo de Rotorcorp este mes, Matthew está muy entusiasmado en crear relaciones comerciales con nuestros clientes existentes así como con los futuros nuevos clientes. Rotorcorp ha probado a través del tiempo, su incomparable servicio al cliente, Matthew asegurará el mismo servicio para nuestros clientes de habla hispana.
Los pasatiempos de Matthew incluyen desde tener un pequeño negocio de sneakers (zapatillas/tenis) por su cuenta, suministrando los más modernos y exclusivos modelos para los apasionados de éste calzado. En su tiempo libre, Matthew también gusta de ver partidos deportivos de sus equipos favoritos como son los Atlanta Hawks, Falcons, Braves, y Georgia Bulldogs.
